Aerobic
Gymnastics and dance with the music. It is based on American specialist dr. Cooper`s exercises and promoted by actress Jane Fonda as the most efficient way to strengthen your body and make you fit. Its popularity resulted in many different types of group exercises led in almost all fitness clubs in the world.
Aerobic Reebok
Trainings led by the Reebok University Trainer. We will use special training programs, worked out by the Reebok University and the American College of Sports Medicine. Its purpose is to raise the attractiveness, safety and efficacy of exercises. During the Aerobic Reebok workshop trainers will present various techniques such as: dancing (Lo impact, Hi-lo, Dance aerobic), sport fighting (Martail Arts), strengthening (Circuit, Final Cuts), relaxing and stretching techniques, as well as elements of body & mind training. There also will be presented a new technique Fit Ball (with the use of large balls), which joined other aerobic techniques because of a need of rehabilitation workout. It brings a great relief to vertebral aches and helps solving neurological problems. Fit Ball also improves your sense of equilibrium, stabilization and coordination of movements. As you balance on the ball, almost all the groups of muscles are being exercised.
Afro
Connection of several Middle and South - African types of dance. Its typical style, apart from fat burning and strengthening, gives you a whole lot of joy and satisfaction. You can experience your internal power and energy being released by this unlimited and natural dance. You can dance afro dressed in anything you like, but make sure your shoes are comfortable enough.
American Hip-Hop (for beginner/intermediate)
This class would be for the beginner/intermediate dancer. Soaring through different eras of time dating back from the late 60`s up to today`s date. You will explore dance styles such as Locking, Popping, Breakdancing, House, Old School Hiphop, and commercial Hiphop. Picking up foundation and flow you will expand your mind with a wide span of vocabulary of dance steps that can be incorporated into any style of dance. You will learn how to manipulate rhythm in a way never imaginable. Nevertheless, learn the technique of one of the most fascinating dance style` that is taking the world by storm. Determination is a requirement and a little attitude is a must. Whether you?re a beginner or at an advance level what will be taught will not be forgotten. Loose clothing (street clothes) is of preference, but ultimately whatever makes you feel comfortable. Sneakers are a must!!!
American Modern Dance - Intermediate
This class is based on an eclectic style that comes from university program training in a variety of modern dance techniques and from years of teaching at the university level. The movement is full bodied and physically challenging, utilizing large range movement with frequent directional changes.

American Tap Dance Class - Beginner
Experience American Tap Dance. In this course participants will learn how to do Shuffles, Toe-Heels, Dig Steps, Shuffle Digs, Dig Toes, Stamp Toe Twists, Heel Twists, Scuffs, Toe Taps, Heel Taps, Grapevines, Jazz Squares, Flap Heels, Time Steps, Stomp Time Steps, Flap Ball Changes, Pull Backs, Maxie Fords, Flap Hops, Buffaloes, Changing Shuffles, Cramp Rolls Turning, Toe Heels Turning, Brush Heel Steps and Flap Shuffle Ball Changes. We’ll use an up beat song selection to learn the fundamentals of linking steps with arm movements and rhythmic feet beats with a twist of American fun and flair. Wear black Jazz pants, a red, white or blue plain shirt. We will bring an array of Tap shoes in various sizes for you to try. If you have your own Tap shoes please bring them.
Barre au sol - streching technique
A version of classic ballet exercises practiced in sitting and lying positions. This technique helps you to relieve legs, correct mistakes and realize the right way to exercise. It enables you to reach high elasticity and softness of movements by stretching all groups of muscles and sinews.
Belly dance
Syrian meditation dance, influencing body, mind and spirit. It reveals your sensuality, seductiveness and female style. It is probably the oldest dance in the world and the most meaningful women dance, very lyrical and moving, requires a really cat-like softness. Its expression is hidden not only in seductive movements but also in the eyes of the dancer, emanating with mysteriousness. Participants should dance barefoot, in socks or ballet shoes.
Body Percussion
Explore percussion with the body as your drum. We will start with a simple rhythm and explore variations on that theme. In a very short time we will play different rhythms to create a symphony of sounds. Our song will be played with slaps, claps, stomps, and of course smiles. No experience necessary. Class attire is heavy pants, jeans or leather pants and T-shirt. Bring an open mind and your sense or nonsense of rhythm.
Broadway jazz
A unique blend of the different styles of jazz dance in the United States including Broadway and funk forms.
Break-dance
one of the youngest styles, created by Afro-American dancers. It was invented in the 70`s on the streets of USA, as a way of rivalry between the gangs. Those days, James Brown and Grand Master Flash were first to perform break dance music. Now old school and electronic music is used. Break dance contains many acrobatic elements made in every possible direction. It develops your fitness and coordination of movements.
Choreotherapy
It has its roots not only in modern dance, but also in old tribal dances. It goes back to the times when dance played an important role in everyday life and was a natural way of expressing emotions. It`s a purifying experience, just like the ancient catharsis. It reveals emotions blocked in the muscles, prepares for the new challenges, relaxes your body and mind. Choreoterapy is a connection of elements of different cultures, that`s why it forces a dancer to find his own rhythm, his own way, simply to find himself in the dance. Experimenting with time, space and movement lets you get to know yourself and various possible relations with the others. The main purpose of the course is to support and develop individual skills of every dancer, awake one`s creativity, intuition and passion of living. In other words - it`s about experiencing the healing power of dance, as well as exploring the secrets of choreotherapist`s work.
Classic repertoire
During this workshop we will introduce and improve the realization of the classic choreographies and variations of the world ballet repertoire, for example "Sleeping Beauty", "Don Kichot" and others.
Classic dance
The main purpose of this workshop is to create harmony and order in dance, find pure beauty of your body as well as beautiful poses and movement fluency. You can train your discipline of moving as the lessons have always the same formula, based on exercises with a lever. Classic dance is a combination of basic steps and figures, usually called with their French terms.
Clubbing Latino Dance
It`s a type of disco dance based on hot rhythms of Latin America, which lets everyone have great fun. During the course we`ll learn some basic steps of salsa, samba, cha-cha and modern dance. Then we`ll connect them to make an impulsive, exciting choreography.
Contemporary dance
Style based on Martha Graham, Horton and Kurt Joos choreographies and styles; popularized in Poland by Ewa Wycichowska, director of Polish Dance Theatre in Poznan.
Dance improvisations
During this workshop we will use different sources of inspiration. What is the most important is music of different styles and our own musical sensibility. We will also concentrate on movement expression; we will also try to improve it by exercises such as "fine art of body", extending fluency of movements. We`ll use our imagination, creating spectacle "birth of the dance". Without learning steps and figures, we`ll dance each other for each other.
Flamenco
Spanish dance with gypsy roots. Its most typical elements are: tapping to the rhythm, broad movements of rounded arms, flexibility and decorativeness of gesture, dignified figures, sudden pauses in a beautiful poses, no direct contact between two dancers and - above all - a huge dose of temperament. Shoes required: ladies - medium high heels, men - rough footing.
Floor barre with elements of yoga
The basic exercises: flat backs, primitive squat, lateral
stretches, cross lunge and coccyx balance, stretch and strengthen
different areas of the body (eventually combined with some corrective
exercises, created with a knowledge of human anatomy)
Exercises based on the breathing rhythm, yoga asana's combined with
animal stands and breathing regulation.

- people with some problems of body axe and spine benign problems.
Funky
it`s a contemporary, rhythmic disco dance of a pop music style and character. Legs and arms work independently; connection of their movements requires a lot of control and coordination. Body is soft; dance combinations are based on natural possibilities of the dancer and are totally adapted to the rhythm.
Gypsy dance
Gypsies don`t need any special occasion to dance. If somebody starts, they will join him straight away.
During this workshops Rada Zivkoviè will teach female gypsy dances.
Greek dances
Majority of Greek dances are procession dances, joined by men and women of all ages
Every Greek region, continental or insular, has its own typical melodies and dances.
There are dances of a simple rhythm and steps, that you can learn immediately, for example chasaposerwiko. But there are also more complicated ones, like kalamatianos. We will learn some peaceful, "walking" dances as well as very fast, joyful and "jumping" ones.
You should wear light and comfortable clothes and shoes - high heels forbidden.
PROGRAM
* Folk dances from various Greek regions: sta tria, jatros, tsamikos, kalamatianos, podaraki, nisiotikos sirtos, ikariotikos, samiotikos, pendozali.
* "City folk" dances: chasapiko, chasaposerwiko (used in Mikis Theaodorakis` music from "Zorba the Greek"), tsifteteli.
Hatha yoga
It`s an ancient, Indian system of exercises that develops body, mind and soul. It enables to improve your physical condition, gives force, flexibility and resistance. It also balances, calms and reveals from stress, improves concentration, self-confidence, breathing and blood circulation process, as well as strengthens your power of will. By practicing Hatha yoga you can learn a lot about your body and psychics. Systematic practice makes you younger and healthy. Every participant will need a blanket and comfortable, sport clothes (no shoes needed).
Hula
Hula is a soul of Hawaii. For ancient and contemporary Hawaiian people it`s a meaning of life. In Hula dances and songs they used to hand down their history and legends for the next generations.
As the charming hand movements tell us a story, feet of the dancer stay in touch with the ground. Smooth movements of the hips make the energy flow through the whole body. Every gesture has its own meaning, present a different emotion, element of nature, moment of life, etc.
During the workshop you will need a loose skirt or a material to tie around your hips and some water to drink. To join the final presentation, please make sure you have a colorful dress and some artificial flowers to put in your hair.
Indian dance - Bharata Natyam
Comes from India, state Tamil Nadu. Originally was danced in Devadasi temples by dancers-priestesses as a form of praying to gods. Bharata Natyam contains of two parts. Nrtta is more abstract, based on numerous rhythmic formulas tapped barefoot (adawu) connected with dynamic hand configurations. Nrtya is a narrative part, in which dancer tells a story using face expressions and hand gestures (mudr). Her moves play the role of illustration to mythological poetry, sung simultaneously.
Irish dance
It`s at the same time folk and contemporary dance coming from Ireland. As the popularity of Irish show groups (Riverdance, Lord of the Dance, Gaelforce Dance) has been growing, Irish dance schools emerge all over the world, from United States to Australia and New Zeland.
Israeli dance
Exists ever since the Israeli nation was bought to life. Contains of European, Hassid and other various elements. Usually is danced in a circle, what gives you possibility to discover joy of dancing and passing it forward. Recommended clothes: soft shoes, shirt, loose skirt or trousers. Red color is forbidden.
Latino jazz
Connection of Latin-American, modern and jazz dance styles. It`s a mixture of unique hot rhythms, soft moves, long lines and rhythmic body isolations. Let yourself be surprised by the energy, dynamism but also by the softness and artistic expression of this dance.
Mime - fine arts of movement
Pantomime is a dumb spectacle, in which the plot is communicated by gestures, moves and face expressions. It reveals a natural expression of every human, an unfettered way of non-verbal "body speaking". It contains various styles of performance techniques based on body expression.
Modern with elements of Graham & Cunningham style (choreography fragm. intermediate/advanced level)
The basic exercises: release swings and contractions,
descent and ascent, the T positions, stag position, coccyx balance,
Exercises focused on the Achilles tendon, the abdominal
muscles, and movements that lengthen the spine and the hamstring
muscles, "contraction and release" movement of the torso.
Simple combinations of movements that include floor work,
standing work in the centre and combinations that travel across the
floor, turns and jumps.
Move through space on all possible levels – on the floor,
standing, and in the air, enabling the dancer to become spectacularly
proficient.
Choreographic final phrases include some mixed elements contemporary contact dance, combined with some Graham & Cunningham style phrases.

Salsa
It`s a folk dance and music form the Caribbean Sea area. It is slightly syncopated and contains rhythmic and melodic elements from Africa, Europe, Latin America, as well as jazz elements. It was born in the 40`s in Cuba, as a transformation of Afro-Cuban dances, especially mambo and cha-cha. On the Caribbean islands and on the coasts of Columbia, Venezuela, Guyana, Mexico and Florida it was adopted and turned into local versions, such as soca, limbo, cumbia, lambada, etc. Since the early 80`s salsa has become one of the main streams of popular and dance music in America, Europe and Japan.
Salsa cubana, ladies styling
It`s a workshop for both women and men. We will discover the magic of Latino dances by learning rhythms and steps of salsa, mambo, cha-cha and others. Loose and comfortable clothes required.
Samba
Originally coming from Africa, it was brought to Brazil by African slaves. Its wild and energetic power is hidden in dancer`s legs, which make hips move in a sensuous way.
Samba makes your body more elastic and makes your moves softer. It lets you open up and forget your sorrows. Just a few whiles of samba transfers you to hot and tempting Rio de Janeiro. Both men and women dance it all over the year; the culmination point is of course the Brazilian Carnival.
Samba of Wheel
what is this? The wheel samba is the dance that gave origin carnival to the CARIOCA (samba of carnival), invented in Brazil for return of 1860 in the state of the Bahia, more specifically in the region of the Reconcavo, is a mixture of dance, music, trick and sensuality.
Nowadays very it is practised in wheels of CAPOEIRA mainly in festive activities, where if it dances in couples and if it has the "PURCHASE" where the Men simulate a cabeçada tripping or and the women beat with waist one in the other to effect the exchange.
It has as main instruments berimbau, atabaque, pandeiro and agogô (intrumentos used in the wheel of Capoeira) with the accompaniment of palms and cantos. But as if it knows in its origin were used instruments improvised with: A plate with a yoke or spoon, empty bucket of mouth for low, glass bottles with some metal connecting rod as for example a key and even though boxes of match!
Tai Chi
It`s a Chinese fight art, which dates back to 17th century. It is based on the internal energy circulation through the body, reached by slow, relaxed movements and total concentration of mind. Perfect connection of movements, breath and imagination, ideal balance between Ying and Yang and deep relaxation - these are the main secrets of Tai Chi.
This technique lets you find the hidden sources of energy and make powerful moves in an economical way. It eliminates stress and fatigue by regenerating the whole body. It can be practiced by people of all ages.
